The Site Operations Team Member will play a key role in the setup, operation, and teardown of our outdoor concert venues.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Site Operations Team Member will play a key role in the setup, operation, and teardown of our outdoor concert venues. This role requires a hardworking, dependable individual who can work independently while receiving direction from the Site Operations Lead. The position involves hands-on labor, operation of outdoor machinery, and adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the Site Operations Lead to build out and maintain the concert venue infrastructure.
Operate outdoor machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (forklift certification is a plus).
Perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and manual labor, as part of the venue's setup and operations.
Respond quickly to urgent tasks to ensure all operations run smoothly and on time.
Maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 15 years of age or older.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively.
An adaptable and easy-going demeanor is essential for success in this role.
Willingness to work flexible and extended hours, including shifts up to 16 hours as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certification to operate a forklift or other machinery.
Previous experience working in live event or concert venue operations.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

All team members must remain sober and free of impairment throughout their shifts to ensure safety and efficiency.
