The Server Team Member is responsible for providing a positive experience for all of our guests.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are a passionate team that is building upon our history and taking the Indy music experience to the next level! We want you to be part of our journey! Our bar staff are a unique and vibrant group of individuals who combine a passion for the craft with an ability to execute at a very high level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers, present menus, and take food and drink orders accurately.
Relay orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
Check in with customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including refilling drinks and clearing plates.
Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate billing and processing of payments.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and shifts of up to 16 hours.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in live events or hospitality roles.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must remain sober and free of impairment for the duration of all shifts.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and shifts up to 16 hours during event days.
