The Guest Services Team Member will play an essential role in the setup and operation of our outdoor concert venues. This role requires a hardworking, kind, dependable individual who can work independently while receiving direction from the Guest Services Lead and other management. The position involves having to answer lots of guest questions, quick thinking, a positive attitude, and adaptability to a fast-paced, exciting environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with your department lead to ensure smooth event setup, operations, and teardown.
- Collaborate with all other teams in unified effort to build our concert venue experience
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and manual labor, as needed.
- Address urgent or unexpected tasks promptly to ensure seamless event execution.
- Provide outstanding service and foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere, even in high-pressure situations.
- Ensure a welcoming, safe, and accessible environment for all guests.

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with ticket scanning, wristband distribution, and guiding guests to designated areas.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the event, venue layout, and amenities.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.

- Actively promote and sell premium seating options, VIP packages, and exclusive event opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor crowd flow and assist in maintaining an organized and safe environment.
- Support accessibility needs by assisting guests with disabilities or special accommodations.
- Collaborate with security and site operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest areas, including picking up debris and restocking supplies.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of hospitality areas, including signage and seating arrangements.
- Follow emergency protocols and communicate with supervisors in case of safety concerns or incidents.
- Provide clear and calm communication to guests during emergencies or evacuations.
- Represent the venue and Forty5 brand positively by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Remain approachable and attentive throughout the event to anticipate and meet guest needs.
- Assist with crowd management to ensure smooth guest flow and prevent congestion.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter disruptive or unsafe behavior.
- Support lost-and-found operations, ensuring the safe return of lost items to guests.
- Maintain professionalism, composure, and a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
- Ask for support from supervisors when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 15 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and shifts of up to 10 hours.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification for CPR, Stop the Bleed, or other First Aid applications.
- Previous experience in live events, hospitality, guest services, or security roles.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- All team members must remain sober and free of impairment throughout their shifts to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
